Dr. Jamal J. Fox
Dr. Fox graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa with a BS in Biology (‘96). He received his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2002 (rank 7/136).
Dr. Fox received Advanced Clinical Training at THE EYE INSTITUTE, at the Pediatrics and Low Vision Clinic, evaluating legally blind children and adults as well as conducting daily visual training sessions.
